Hi, I got this error returned when I load the HiRO.exe as below. Please help, thanks.

please check you have file name cps.dll, or replace again with Hiro patch

thanks, if i download the KRO from mirror 1, I need to download both or just one of it?
Do I need to download both from the mirror 1 or just one as below?

kRO_FullClient_20180813.zip

kRO_FullClient_20190225.zip
Nevermind, I will try this FULL Client (Latest KRO, HiRO Patch V1.3, KRO Patcher Lite)

for mirror 1 always download the latest/newest
full client for ease of mind ?
